I have worked with many lenders in the past but Danielle and her team are the best I’ve ever worked with. She was able to get us the lowest interest rate possible but not only that, we were doing with a difficult seller situation, and Danielle was always available to respond and guide us through the buying process. Even though I was miles away in a different state, Danielle made us feel like she was next-door and always took the time to answer even are most rudimentary questions. I would definitely seek her help in the future home purchases.

I had the great fortune to have Danielle on my team as I searched for my first home. After speaking with 5 or 6 lenders, there was no question in my mind that she was by far my best option. She is incredibly knowledgeable, fiercely hardworking, and a genuine joy to interact with. Not to mention, she does her homework! As a scientist, I ask a lot, and I mean A LOT of questions (too many?). Even so, Danielle always had patience and excellent explanations for me, because despite being a scientist, I am more often than not "slow in the brain" as I like to say. No matter how trivial my questions may have been, she never made me feel dumb for asking or like I was a burden. Beside being technically proficient at her job, the unspoken difficulties are the emotional aspect of trying to buy a home in this market. While I'd love to tell you we hit a homerun on the first try, the truth is it took some time to find my home. Danielle was always caring and understanding when helping me work through the difficulties of losing a bid, and I am really grateful for that. The bottom line is this. You NEED Danielle on your team. If for some reason you decide not to choose her as your lender, and down the road you get the unfortunate news that you lost in your bid for a house, don't be surprised to learn that you lost to her client. You have been warned.

We have worked with Danielle twice after having her recommended to us. Once was for refinancing and once for purchasing a home, and she is absolutely incredible. Our sellers and buyers agents both commented on how quick and capable she is, and how we would not have been able to close so fast without her help. Our home purchase was also a weird lending situation, and she is legitimately the only reason I think we were able to close the deal. Not only is she amazing to work with, but she’s also genuinely a pleasure to communicate with. I cannot recommend her and Waterstone enough!
