We have worked with Danielle twice after having her recommended to us. Once was for refinancing and once for purchasing a home, and she is absolutely incredible. Our sellers and buyers agents both commented on how quick and capable she is, and how we would not have been able to close so fast without her help. Our home purchase was also a weird lending situation, and she is legitimately the only reason I think we were able to close the deal. Not only is she amazing to work with, but she’s also genuinely a pleasure to communicate with. I cannot recommend her and Waterstone enough!

She was extremely on top of it with helping us get our finances approved, responding to our many requests/questions, and really made the whole experience of buying a home in such a crazy market much easier for us. Danielle is smart, hardworking, and knows her stuff. I had a situation with my existing mortgage that never ruffled her feathers. She was straightforward and knowledgeable. Even after the closing, she has checked in, answered questions, and responded quickly. I highly recommend Danielle.

I highly recommend Danielle at Waterstone Mortgage! This is the third time we have used her (one new home and two refinances) and she was absolutely amazing. She simplified even the most complex things in our recent refinance. She was able to give us the best rate (2.125%!!!!). She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and closing was on time. Danielle is very knowledgeable of the whole process and walks you through each step. Danielle is absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond, knowledgeable on the market and rates and programs that made the most sense for us. Closing costs were lower than expected and the process was a breeze. We could even close from our couch with a remote online notary instead of going into an office. Hands down the easiest loan process I’ve ever had to do and I’ve purchased many homes!

Danielle was nothing short of amazing! You can tell she's passionate about helping people get the property of their dreams--she constantly crunched numbers for us, ran new scenarios and ultimately set us up with a perfect mortgage. Danielle kept us informed every step of the way, and really worked hard to do a 30-day closing for us! We will definitely use her services in the future! Danielle was incredible. She made the home buying process so easy. Honestly, I am not sure if I would have purchased a home without her helping me out.
