Danielle was outstanding! I was not sure of the best option in order to finance some needed repair work for the home. HELOC? REFI? So confusing. Danielle spent the time with me to answer my questions and explain the options to me so I could feel like I was making an informed decision that was the right one for me. As we moved forward through the underwriting process Danielle was very attentive and communicated with me throughout so I knew what we were doing and most importantly why we were doing it. Great experience and I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone who is considering a new mortgage, a refi or any financing option that Danielle can offer.

As a person on the younger side of entering into Real Estate Danielle made my first home buying experience a breeze. Even through some bank-side hiccups she remained one of the most positive and responsive people I've ever worked with in any scenario. My wife and I were first time home buyers. We had no idea what we were doing and had to learn the process every step of the way. Luckily, we had Danielle Anderson on our side the entire time. Always available, infinitely patient and understanding, we could not have hoped for a better partner in this endeavor. There was not a question Danielle did not answer and she was very available and quick to get back in touch with us whenever we had a question or concern...and we had MANY, because we had never done this before. We couldn’t imagine going through this process without her. Also, she worked the numbers right up to the end and got us an amazing rate and loan! As far as we are concerned she gets ALL THE STARS!!!
