Danielle helped me with a refi, and given the low rates I wanted to lock in something I could stick with for the remainder of my loan. As such I asked a LOT of questions. Danielle was extremely patient and helpful getting me to understand what everything meant and followed up quickly if there was anything she didn't know already. She always kept me appraised of timelines, so neither one of us was waiting on the other. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will not hesitate to recommend Danielle to friends in the future.
