TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Dave's is very consistent. Nashville style fried chicken and curly fries. Always a great late night eat go-to spot! The Lankershim location is fast with service. Staff is always pleasant. Park in front on the street if you can, the lot behind the restaurant is very tight and you will get blocked in if it's packed.

Some of this best chicken I've had in such a long time. Ariana was dope and the best! She was super nice, took care of us and was very hospitable. 10s ACROSS THE BOARD! Made my entire DHC first experience.

Ariana hooked it up. she's wonderful. AMAZING FOOD. and so pretty. I really enjoyed the hot tenders and the shake she recommended with all 3 flavors. Must try!

First time eating here at any Dave's Hot Chicken. I have to say it was pretty tasty. I didn't know how to order, the young lady with long dark eyelashes was very helpful and very nice. I would definitely come back even just for the service.

Came by late for a meal. Food was absolutely great as always. Cooked perfectly, tasted yummy. But overall, in my 52 years of eating at restaurants this was by far the best customer service crew you had! 11/11/23 night staff 11pm! You the best. Keep it up!

Sitting in traffic and really need to munch on something. Decided to stop in to Dave's Hot Chicken and I'm glad I did. Not only were the fries absolutely delicious, perfect, and fresh.
