Overall, it was a positive experience. The store has a limited supply of my size. I had a short window before D-day, so I have to opt for alteration instead of have the dress with the right size shipped from another store. The alteration team did a fabulous job. The dress was phenomenal and had earned me a lot of praises and positive comments. So, kudos to them. Altogether, this is a story with a not-so-good start to a satisfactory end.

My mom and I decided last minute to make an appointment for first thing on a Sunday morning to try some wedding dresses on. It was a perfect experience! All of the staff was so nice, especially Stephanie who was my consultant. She was truly amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I wasn't expecting to find a dress, but because of Stephanie I found the perfect dress. I never felt pressured to hurry up or to make a purchase. Everything went great! We got in and found our dresses very fast. Staff was kind and friendly and left us alone a lot which was great for us!
