I would never recommend this store. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 6 pm appointment. I was checked in after 15 minutes of standing there while the staff chit chatted and one answered the phone. Plenty of staff doing nothing and could of helped check people in. I was told a consultant would be right with me. At 6:27 then I was approached by a consultant. Why would I have a 6pm appointment and hang out in the store for a half an hour. That is not the point of an appointment. At this point your associates have wasted my time... read more

the staff was rushed and rude.. not all were but several. we had an appt. for 12:30 but was not seen until 2:20 and left around 5... I almost don't want to go back.. it took all I had not to cry... I hoped for a better experience and was sorely disappointed... advice to you all find a store that has more time for a bride like myself who needs time and help!

I came here at the end of November with my mother and two of my bridesmaids. It was my first time trying on bridal gowns and I wasn't expecting to find "the one" that day but I was hopeful. I knew that I didn't like the look of mesh panels, mermaids, or tulle fabric on me but other than that I was pretty open. The ladies at the front counter were nice and my consultant was also nice but she did not really listen to me. Worst experience I ever had! We arrived 10 minutes early for my daughter's appt and had to wait longer after the appt time for the consultant to help us. While the consultant (Rhonda) was helping her try on the first dress, she asked my daughter if she had looked elsewhere for dresses and if she had already found that special dress. My daughter told her that she had found one that she liked but still wanted to shop around. I went to try on bridesmaid dresses....however my very best friend was trying on wedding gowns....our consultant was nice enough...but sweet baby jesus there was barely room to walk sideways in that place!!! Why have SO MANY appointments at once?? It was ridiculous!! Peoples tiny children wondering around...complete chaos!!!! No where to park either....and speaking of parking....last year my sister in law was there to try on bridesmaid dresses....she FELL IN THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE OF A HUGE POT HOLE IN A HANDICAP SPOT.....d... read more

I went this past Saturday. You would think being the biggest advertised bridal store around they would have a much better set up. Our consultant barely had any time to spend with us and it was so crowded you couldn't move between racks. The size choices sacked,especially in the full figured sizes. They need to expand or open another one.

It was packed! My bridesmaids couldn't even really try on their dress choices. Hardly even had their sizes anyhow and some of the employees were absolutely RUDE. We will NOT be back. One employee had the nerve to tell me and my bridesmaid EXCUSE ME I ACTUALLY HAVE A GROUP really catty and I was there for an APPOINTMENT looking at dresses with MY GROUP. Some dresses they did get to try on were broken as well. Good luck to those that go here!

I went in for wedding dress. The associate that was helping us didn't help much. I understand you have to check on others to see if they are doing okay. But if you ask for us to make an appointment I would hope we get help during those 90 minutes we have With our appointment. Finally my sister in law and sister starting looking for dresses for me instead, they were told they couldn't . But if it wasn't for them I wouldn't of found my dress! To top it off there were 2 other brides that found there dress and the rang the bell ... read more

We was excited to be there and our consultant was getting dresses for our bride then our consultant told us she was helping another bride!?! So instead of getting dresses and helping our bride pick out the perfect dress we had to start getting dresses ourselves then the consultant told us not to get anymore dresses!!! If she was doing her job we wouldn't of had to do it for her!! Our bride was so disappointed with not getting the help she needed and left without a dress!
