The only reason I am giving David's Bridal any stars is because I can't give them zero. I am completely shocked at the lack of customer we have received. The store manager his been rude since the day we stopped giving their store money, She has made promise after promise to fix what has gone wrong and we are still waiting for these promises to be fulfilled. Please save your time and your money and avoid this store. I am my sister's MOH and they have only made choosing our bridesmaids dresses a difficult time. After spending well over $1600 on bridesmaids dresses in December, my sister got a phone call this past Saturday from a employee saying she hadn't picked up the dresses which had been in the store for over a week and she would need to pay the holding fee. Customer service was not good! Luckily i came in early found dresses i wanted to try on and had my mom and step mom to help because my consultant was not available! It has potential to be a great place, if customer service was improved, and if they provided water or something to keep us hydrated.

I found a nice dress wish they had more size 1-2s for the budget I had choices were very slim but I love my venue dress was a great sale price .

I came in on a wing and a prayer and hardly any time frame to work with because my online purchase from China was a disaster. (NEVER AGAIN!) I still can't believe I walked out with a dress...not only that fit the plus woman I am, but in the color and style I was hoping for. True Miracle Workers! I am a loyal customer from now on!

They were not very accommodating. Could have done more for us to make things happen. Felt they don't really have their heart on making the bride or bridemaids get what they want. No one should have to PAY IN FULL before a dress comes in!!! We were all very discusted when we left.

this store is a joke. My bridesmaid bought and ordered her dress to be shipped to the store. They never called her to tell her it was in because they NEVER ordered it. This is a wedding not a birthday party get your shit together David bridal.
