Unfortunately the lack of patient care is alarming. No communication when a patient has a question or issue with a prescription. Appointments are scheduled no sooner than 4 wks and at one time I was told 2 months. I have been a patient for four years and in the past year I've been astonished at the decline. You are truly just a number at this practice and they have no concern with your health. I'm very relieved to say I'm no longer a patient there.
I have been a patient at Davita (now Optum) for the past 25 years. I have always been treated respectfully and capably. After ten years, at the Monument office, I now have a new primary care doctor this year. After one appointment, my view of the quality of care has not changed. I am always struck by the staff and how cheerfully and politely they interact with patients. Avoid this place! After getting incredibly sick short notice I went to optum and after waiting 3 hours in the lobby when the front desk consistently kept saying only an hour wait, having other walk in patients pushed ahead is very irritating. The staff doesn't care what so ever about your wellbeing. Dont give them any of your money!

This place is HORRIBLE. Do NOT go there. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for 2 months, since October 7th. Since then I have not been able to speak with my care provider, everything has gone through the receptionist. They are trying to force me to come back in so they can collect a co-pay and I refuse. They are also trying to force me to see their new provider that I do not like, he's already given substandard care to my daughter. Before making an appointment confirmed the could preform the procedure I needed (cyst drainage) confirmed they could shower up for appointment waited 45 mins only to be told by the DR. they don’t do that. Waist of my time and money... thanks.

Twice in the past year I needed after hours urgent care and both times went to DaVita West at the Roundhouse location. Both times I was welcomed warmly and immediately by the front desk team and my need was efficiently and respectfully processed. My wait time was minimal.
