From the beginning working with Trey, was a very positive experience. He’s knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. My installation was done within 3 weeks of purchase and the team, shout out to Ed, Scottie and Aaron, were great. They were friendly, very efficient and vacuumed when they completed the job! I would highly recommend working with D.E. McNabb for all your flooring needs.
The two gentlemen Ed and Scotty, that were here to install my wood flooring were just terrific . My husband is immobile and the helped me get him back upstairs and into his chair. They did everything they could to make my situation as easy as possible . They were so kind, helpful and considerate. They deserve a raise to show how valuable employees like this are to the company. I have had the best experience with D.E. McNabb!!!! Alina Peterson made my experience so easy. They have a huge showroom with so many products and if they didn’t have what I was looking for, Alina managed to find a sample for me. She explained benefits for engineered flooring, different carpet padding and was patient with all my questions.
