We couldn't be happier with our experience! Everyone was so nice and professional. Wayne Hallock, our sales professional, was very attentive and courteous and listened to what I wanted. He helped me find the perfect car that I can enjoy and still do all my Girl Scout stuff in and maybe in a few years hand off to our daughter. The Mazda6 is so comfy and stylish but still has plenty of space in the trunk for cookie cases and camping gear. Perfect fit for someone who wanted to downsize from a bulky SUV but still needed something to manage the extracurriculars. Thanks Wayne and the team at Dean McCrary for making our new purchase a perfect and satisfactory one!!! more »

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2017 CX-5 from this dealership. The experience could not have been better. Ernie Archibald, the salesmen we worked with, was great. There was none of the high pressure sales tactics that we had become accustomed to in shopping for a new car in years past. We wanted the Touring trim in the soul red with the Preferred Equipment Package. They had one in inventory, but not with the package. They were going to place an order for exactly what we wanted (we were not in any rush), but then one turned up in another dealer inventory and they transferred it (dealer swap). We had done research on what was a good price for our area (TrueCar, Kelly Blue Book, etc.) and the price we paid was right at it. If you are in the market for a new Mazda, I would recommend giving them a visit and make sure to ask for Ernie.
... and oh yea, we love our new CX-5.

I had been searching for a great deal on a used vehicle. The team at Dean MCCrary was very friendly and made the experience painless. I have heard that buying a car as a single female can be degrading. This is not the case at Dean MCCrary. Jeff was friendly and promptly returned my calls. I wound up with a fantastic deal. I did read on their site that I had to have a down payment. I was ready for this when I walked in the door. The team was super nice and I LOVE my new-to-me car! more »

We have purchased six vehicles in five years from Dean McCrary Mazda. They have always worked hard to get us what we want and need within our budget. They are always polite and make the buying process as quick and painless as possible. Today we worked with Mr. Jeff Nunn, Mr. Elmore, Mr. Brandon and Mr. Cecil and had a fabulous experience even with four children in tow. friendly and fair -- highly recommended
I usually don't like car-buying experiences because so many salesmen and dealerships do it poorly, even though it should be easy: 1. do not lie about
the vehicle if you don't know the answer (I do a lot of research before I visit the showroom) 2. do not try to sell me what you have if it is not what I want (offering me a rainbow of colors will not clinch the sale if the trim and options are not there) 3. I will be happy to pay a fair price for the products I choose (because I know that everyone from the manager to the receptionist has to get paid). Jeff Nunn and his team went to great lengths to find the exact car I wanted, offered it at a reasonable price and gave me a good value for my trade. They were professional and knowledgeable from the start and treated me fairly. On top of this they are so friendly it almost makes you reluctant to haggle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda, or any other competitors' brand. more »
