We recently used Dearing Floor Center for carpeting and installation for several rooms in our house. Alyssa provided great service. She helped us select the best types of carpet that would be pet friendly and stand-up to high traffic areas. The installers did an excellent job on the indoor carpet. Excellent experience. Did what they said they would do and the results were very acceptable. While the price was a bit on the high side of other estimates, it was worth the extra. The installers were knowledgeable, hard working and did excellent work despite the "surprises" they encountered.

I purchased vinyl plank flooring for several rooms....Mohawk and Congoleum. So far I am very happy with the material. I had a large crack across my floor and I asked that the crack be repaired by using the self-leveling product. My request was agreed to. That was not done. My neighbor will very likely fix this. A very cheap shoe mold or quarter round was used. I am working with my neighbor to replace this. Dearing did not send enough of the molding so installer used some of what he had removed to fill in the closets.

I had my complete house done with hardwood flooring recently. It is beautiful. I could not ask for anything better. My husband and I shopped for months and became so confused. I walked in there and they spent the time to teach us. The quality is excellent they have better prices and totally professional. I was so pleased that I came back and had them do my kitchen backsplash. I would highly recommend Dearing Flooring to anyone.

The staff was great to work with, They completed my job of 4 rooms in just 2 days of laying tile. I was amazed that one installer did all the work. They came out both days to check out to make sure I was satisfied, and to help him lift the heavy equipment like the washer and dryer. They also matched up the cherry finish on my kitchen cabinets and came back to install the trim work. I give everyone A plus.

I ordered flooring in mid February. The owner, Jerry, took the order and filled out the paperwork. A month goes by. No call. Finally, on March 15, I call to see what is going on. The young woman tells me that the flooring has been in for over a week but that the owner had not written down our number so they could not call us. If they had put a card in the mail, we would have gotten it in a couple of days, so it's clear they made no attempt to contact us. I tell the woman that I want my money back. This company sent contractors to my home that had no tool or experience in installing floor covering that they sell. The Congoleum flooring Contractor did not install the product correctly. He did not roll the flooring as require in the instruction. He did not install the joint sealer correctly causing to fail immediatley. The trim installer did not bring a saw to cut the trim.
