Dee and her team took on a challenging mortgage on a secondary, seasonal cabin that 3 other financial institutions turned down. They never gave up and worked diligently with the buyers and myself to ensure the property transaction closed. The communication was top notch and their dedication to each transaction is astounding. I was recommended to their team from other realtors, and now I know why. I will definitely recommend them also.
Being my 4th home purchase, this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had! So glad we chose the best LOCAL lender. The weekly updates were great! When my wife or I had questions it was always addressed promptly and courteously and it didn't matter if I spoke to Dee, Mary Ann, or Sandy as the entire team was always on point and pleasant to work with. They were all excellent, my VA loan fell apart with another company so I needed to make a switch and I am so glad I found this team. They picked up the ball and ran with it and met my original closing date. They answered all my questions along the way and kept me very informed.
