fine place to live, nothing special. the kitchens are small but the space in the rest of the apartment is nice. any time something broke they came to fix it very promptly. they could also use more parking spaces especially if people have visitors.

Im writing a review back again since we had a move out recently.. wow we had a beautiful 5 years in the lovely community.. Maintenance manager Billy is awesome. he is so prompt and seeing him for the past 5yrs with no complaints at all.. very safe and good neighborhood community. people are so friendly and quite. oak grove school is another biggest advantage. school is very nice my daughter had very lovely time. i have reduced a star only bcz of the property manager who recently joined Ms.Chelsea Bergland.. she is very very ... read more

A great and safe place to live You will not regret or disappointed by choosing Deere Valley Apartments. We have been residing here for the last four years. Our experience is fabulous. The managements are very friendly and helpful. Billy, the maintenance manager, is a great guy. Your maintenance requests will be taken care of without any delay. Great school districts. I am very happy I found Deer Valley Apartments. it perfect for my down sizing and has everything that I need. Very quiet which I appreciate. All the appliances are great. I love the staff and all the people I live next to with out being intrusive. The area is convenient for everything I need. The maintenance and office staff are fantastic.

Quiet, clean, updated Hard to find a reliable, safe apartment complex on the border of Waukegan, but Deer Valley is just that. The school system (Oak Grove) is top notch! Remodeled 24/7 gym, clubhouse, pavement. Most residents are very quiet and have a job at Abott, meaning they need to sleep early and not stay up at all hours of the night. Maintenance guys are the best in the business and response time is usually a few hours. Only issue is the kids (and sometimes parents) playing in the middle of the street.
When I first moved in over a year ago, we had the 24 hour fitness center, club house and business center and free cable ready and wifi available, however they are completely remodeling these amenities and should be open soon I love my apartment, all new appliances, fireplace, 2 bedrooms 2 full baths and on the ground floor just the right distance from the pool.
