Since 1993, DeGraaf Interiors has been helping clients in Grand Rapids, Hudsonville, and surrounding areas turn their vision for their homes into reality with high-quality carpet, flooring, tile and window treatments. We are proud to be a family-owned business and to be the only flooring company in the state of Michigan that is a member of the National Flooring Alliance. We had new carpet for our basement installed, along with new tile for a half bath, bar and fireplace and rubber gym flooring installed. We worked with Christy Curtis who was fabulous! All of the different installers were great - on time and very professional. We are very happy with how it all turned out.
Top-notch carpet (Adam, Lonnie, and Elijah) and tile (Paul) installers. Also appreciated Dennis who managed the schedule and Cristi who helped us with flooring choices and was our main contact. Very satisfied with the work on the floors in our house. No complaints. Would definitely use DeGraaf Interiors again.
We used DeGraff to replace the carpet in our bedrooms. The service from the office and the installers was very good and friendly. The installers were prompt and got the job done in one day instead of the scheduled two. The only thing I didn’t like was they require full payment before the work is done. I paid half to start the process and the second half two days before work started. They showed up and did good work so, it’s fine. In store customer service was top notch.Cristy Curtis was extremely helpful and listened to my wants, needs and concerns without trying to pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. She sent me home with several samples and then mailed me more when I couldn't decide. She didn't bother me and when I decided, I contacted her back. Contract was emailed and signed and payment was made through their online system saving me at least 3 trips of not returning to the showroom (bonus!).
