As soon as I told Hallie what area I was finishing, she took me directly to the carpet and pad I wanted, at a reasonable price . She responded to any questions or concerns with knowledge. Hallie had my back through the entire process. The installers were friendly, helpful and did a wonderful job; their two day job was completed in one!!! I highly recommend this company!

We recently purchased and remodeled our condo replacing flooring throughout as well as redoing the kitchen and three bathrooms. Morgan was a huge help in picking out new floors, kitchen and bathroom counters and backsplash tile. She went the extra mile to help us come in on budget and on schedule. Being new to Grand Rapids, we needed help finding a reputable contractor and she even helped us with that. Hallie, the salesperson from DeGraaf Interiors Ada Store, was very helpful in giving me advice on flooring for our bathroom and carpeting for a bedroom and our stairs. Yesterday two guys came and installed everything. They did a great job and it all looks beautiful. Thank you DeGraaf for helping us upgrade our condo. Your store in Ada is a beautiful showroom for flooring of all kinds. Great people to work with also.

We were having difficult medical issues and were hoping for some flexibility in buying new carpet. The people at DeGraaf were amazing. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, supportive and genuinely caring. We were planning to comparison shop at the big box stores, but decided we needn’t look any further. Great people, great carpet!
