I had a wonderful experience with DeGraff from the first time I walked through the doors and was greeted by the ‘receptionist’. Hallie was my salesperson and she was helpful and patient with me, even coming to my home to help me make my final selection. She was extremely personable. Due to travel plans, my project got put on hold. All the while, Hallie kept in touch. Vince installed our carpet…..he was very meticulous, personable, and took extra time to make everything perfect. Amanda helped us pick out carpeting that was a good fit for us. We had many options to choose from. The installation was today and it was a flawless timely operation. Very pleased with DeGraaf Interiors. Their pricing was fair and they cover not only the carpet but the installation!

Overall, it was a great experience. The showroom is beautiful and the options are plentiful. Amanda from the sales team was a great help throughout the process. She is a great at her job. She guides/assists in the process without being overbearing or pushy. The installation process mostly went smoothly (more on that later). I highly recommend this company with one warning. We recently purchased and remodeled our condo replacing flooring throughout as well as redoing the kitchen and three bathrooms. Morgan was a huge help in picking out new floors, kitchen and bathroom counters and backsplash tile. She went the extra mile to help us come in on budget and on schedule. All of the folks that we worked with at Degraaf we’re very professional and gave us good advice. They were very priced competitive and timely in their installation process. The work was done perfectly and we are completely satisfied. We would definitely use them again.
