The office staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the entire experience feel seamless and comfortable. I’m so happy to have found a dentist I can trust.
I needed a tooth repaired & when i called for an appointment I was given one very quickly. On the day of the appointment I thought it was only going to be a consultation & X-ray. Instead Dr Michael de Carlo was not only able to repair the tooth but save it that day. I couldn't believe how efficient he was. He is very gentle and caring. The staff is also very polite, efficient & caring.
This is the nicest group of women. I had the best experience. They invited me to bring my 4 month old to my cleaning since my babysitter wasn’t available and they were so kind and sweet to me and him. They did a great job. Use great technology. Are very knowledgeable. So kind!
I was sad when Dr. Grand retired, and there was a dentist there briefly after her who I didn’t have a ton of confidence in, but Dr. Miller is great! She is obviously very knowledgeable, careful but not over the top, and just very pleasant to be around. The hygienists I’ve seen there for cleanings have all been very good. When I was having a problem, they were able to get me in and address it very quickly. I had one billing issue a while back, but it eventually all got sorted out to my satisfaction.
