We purchased a refurbished Pelton Crane autoclave from Dental Planet that ended up having some mechanical issues. Dental Planet went above and beyond to make it easy for me to get someone local to service the unit; when it was determined that it could not be serviced, they paid to ship it back and sent me another unit! Sadly, when that one failed, Dental Planet's customer service team really went to bat for me and refunded all of my purchase price, no questions asked. I was very impressed by how well they stood by their customers, even when something unforeseen happened, they still stood by me and did the right thing and made it very easy. I have been very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.
