I would have given a five but found the team on this one a bit behind in providing information. The team may have been overwhelmed with business but just seeing the documents to know what the monthly nut would be should be an automatic distribution. Otherwise outstanding.

Team Wetzel was easy to work with, kept me informed and made financing my home a breeze. Even with some hiccups, due to my divorce decree, they were helpful to make them as seamless as possible. They even managed to help close a day earlier then expected. Doesn’t seem like much but getting those keys in my hand sure did make me happy.
