Derek and Danielle are absolutely top-notch performers in an industry where that is hard to find. On Q was always on top of the process, moving quickly over the holidays on a jumbo loan with a tight timeline. I have already recommended On Q to one friend considering purchasing in the area and will do so again.

Derek and his team are absolutely wonderful in every way. They explain all of the details and if need be more than once. :) The team calls and responds when they say they will and you don't have to track them down. Everything we smoothly on my refi after divorce. I would definitely work with this team again! Thank you!!

We went through a quick-close situation with Derek and his team and couldn't be happier! Derek was in communication with me every step of the way, and I had no doubt that he would get us to the finish line. Once he found the right investor (one who would fully utilize Amazon RSUs), his team stepped in to knock out all of the documents that were necessary for underwriting. I will definitely work with On Q Financial again.

Derek and his team were very communicative and super easy to get a hold of. They were always one step ahead and made sure that we were poised for a house offer when we found the right one. They were also to work magic and turn out a crazy fast close date....impressive! Would work with again!

Derek was fantastic to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, great to communicate with, extremely professional and reliable. He makes himself available when you need to get in touch with him. The entire closing process went off without a hitch, largely due to him and his team. We've used him for two mortgages and a refinance and I have had the same experience each time. I would highly recommend him.
