I was pre-qualified for a loan with a different lender and due to the lender's oversight on one document, the loan ended up falling through a month before my close date. We luckily found Derek Wetzel through our realtor and he was able to help us close our loan in under a month!!!! He worked quickly, accurately, and was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a loan!
