From the beginning, Derek spent time speaking with the seller's agent to give them confidence in our offer and ability to close. Without his support I'm not confident that we would have been able to get our home. From that point on, Derek and Annie were extremely responsive to both phone and e-mail communication. Brian was the best part of our home-buying experience. He was always available and happy to answer our questions. He's amazing at simplifying complicated information and communicating in a way that makes a stressful, confusing process seem easy and intuitive. When negotiations turned complex or we found ourselves jumping from one offer to another, our financing was the one thing we knew we never needed to worry about. We can't recommend Brian enough!
