Everyone was friendly and wanted to help. Nicole did not seem to comprehend that only one of our financial institutions allowed me to get URL on one of the forms that was needed ffrom them but not on another one of their forms.. I spent several hours trying to get the URL she wanted from various institutions even though there was no way to get it. Ask me for all needed information up front rather than every day asking for additional information or changing previous requests to satisfy underwriters with very short deadlines. Having to chase down documents urgently a number of times disrupted my work and family commitments.

I want to rate the team higher, but the loan amount decreased, the rate went up after lock, the fees went up, and also the duration of the process was well over expectations. I can't look at this as a great experience and we thought hard about pulling out when the rate went up and the amount went down.

Working with Derek was great, but after that I found rhe communication poor. I had to reach out for info on where I was in the process and in some of those instances I had to inquire twice. Felt like more info should have been relayed to me and a better overview of the steps that the process would go through would have been very helpful.
