What a joke this place is. Not the doctor. But the entire staff: I’ve been trying to call to schedule a needed biopsy which the doctor here said I would need. And they haven’t answered in over a weeks time. When they did they told me I had to wait more than 2 months for an appointment. Over 2 months for something as serious as s biopsy? I have called so many times the operator knows me by name. When they connect me to the office not a person answers and worse, they don’t call back. Schedule appointment a month ago for 2pm. After several patients that came in after me or take them back. I go to the receptionist area to find out that now my appointments for 2:20pm without being told. And then told that it was gonna be over an hour wait. Unless you have time to kill stay away from this place!!! Because your valuable time obviously means nothing to them. I am in the dental field and punctuality is what we strive for. Absolutely terrible place! I had my appointment in place for months. I received several text messages in advance of my visit reminding me of my appointment...including the day of the appointment. I show up 15 minutes early and am told my doctor left the practice months ago and I would have to reschedule. No one tried to contact me. ("We have been having issues with the system.") I come to the office and they tell me that they need my insurance. I am a establish patient and I tell them that is the same one I have had for the time that I been here. Turns out they never verify the insurance. I told the front desk that is very irresponsible that they don’t verify the insurance before the patient comes in or even call if the patient if the insurance is inactive. After my appointment done three weeks ago and showing the person at the lobby the cards they could not find my appointment. After the person who was extremely rude spoke to the DR now I have to wait 45 mins after my appointment at 3:00pm. Very disorganized and poor time management.
