Wife went in and was treated awful. Not only did she have to wait over 45 minutes (understand back ups happen) but when the doctor came in, she rushed through everything, would not answer questions and very condescending. The invoice that she was given stated that certain procedures were done and instruments used and they were not, doctor barely looked at her issue. I recommend she go here as I did have a good experience but now, will never recommend again and won't be seeing me again either. Do better, we all get busy but e... read more
I only give them a three rating because their phone system is a mess. I like the people I interact with when I am in the office. But they are impossible to talk via phone. I have a appointment in two days however I have to change the date of the visit. I have called and left messages four times and no one has returned the call. Customer service must improve. Your patients will go elsewhere if you make it difficult to do business.
Dr. Engelman as usual very professional and courteous. I’m sorry he’s retiring but we all deserve our time off. Now he can relax and enjoy life without schedules well maybe golfing if he likes that. Thank you and God Speed Dr. Engelman 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Been going there for several decades, I have seen many different providers they have all been good to great. On my last visit I saw John. He was thorough and respectful. He was the first dermatologist my daughter ever saw. He was kind and patient. I highly recommend this office.
I have no way of canceling my appointment for tomorrow 7/21 @ 11:35am so I guess this will have to do. When you call for a specific department (lightbox/phototherapy) they cannot operate their phones. You get either a voice-mail or someone who, without saying a word, will hang up on you. They do not know how to bill insurance so you as the patient will get stuck doing their job and going through your insurance after they try to bill you incorrectly.
