Great experience! We are relatively new to Texas, and didn’t know where to go to shop for new floors. We found Design Floors, and couldn’t be happier! We were trying to match existing hardwood. Our flooring experience could have been any better. Siegfried found the perfect match to our engineered floors that we searched for years trying to find. The crew was very prompt and completed 3 rooms in one day. The quality is excellent! Our install was a week sooner than expected which we were pleased with. You get what you pay for when working with Siegfried and his team! 10/10 recommend.
I have used Design Floors for 2 different major floor replacement projects in my 90’s home 4 years apart, and have been completely satisfied both times. Sigfried was super knowledgeable and helpful both times & worked with me to find a product within my budget. The team that came in to install were quick, efficient and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring needs!
Design Floors were excellent...from the first estimate with Seigfried to the group of 5 guys who started and completed the job in three perfect days. They were respectful, organized, and proficient! We love our floors and after seeing the wonderful job the did on our whole downstairs with laminate flooring we can't wait for them to do our upstairs next year! My husband and I recommend them 💯 %. We needed to replace carpet in a bedroom with engineered wood flooring in keeping with the rest of the house. Siegfried was super helpful. The wood we have throughout most of our home is no longer available in the US, but Siegfried knows his products and helped us find a similar wood that blends very well. We shopped on Saturday, measured on Monday, wood was delivered Saturday and floor was installed the following Monday. Great communication, customer service, and workmanship.
