Great experience! We are relatively new to Texas, and didn’t know where to go to shop for new floors. We found Design Floors, and couldn’t be happier! We were trying to match existing hardwood. Design Floors were excellent...from the first estimate with Seigfried to the group of 5 guys who started and completed the job in three perfect days. They were respectful, organized, and proficient! We love our floors and after seeing the wonderful job the did on our whole downstairs with laminate flooring we can't wait for them to do our upstairs next year! My husband and I recommend them 💯 %. She kept in communication throughout the sale, measure, and install of the product. The installers were courteous and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Design Floors! We worked with Leo and he made every step a breeze. He was always quick to respond, very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and just a very kind person. Leo was very professional and was very helpful through the sales process. Jose and team were super awesome and did a great job installing the flooring. It was done very well and he arrived on time and cleaned up after the work. Will definitely use them for future projects
