We have called close to 30 times regarding a job they did for us and have only received one call back. They told us a date and didn't show up until a week later pushing us back to moving in. I kept trying to call to find out when they would be coming, after they didn't show up when they told us they would be there, and every time they told me they'd check and get back with me; I ended up calling several times before getting one call back. We also had the wrong carpet put in the wrong spot.
