I understand that the warranty states that shipping is not covered. I bought a set of hub bearings in March this year and five months later they are both JUNK! They want $70 shipping. I rechecked and when I purchased them and still new purchase is free shipping.

Getting a refund was ridiculous. I was charged a 50 dollar restocking fee!!! But first asked to get part numbers to submit to them off parts inside the box I never opened. Then I had to call in to get my refund when I was advised that it had been delivered. When I called they said call back in 2 days they weren't ready. Finally 7 days later, I get my money back minus the 50 bucks they used to put the parts back on the shelf. Never again! Terrible business. We emailed so many times but couldn’t get a return label. So we called and obtained a return label and mailed back the part. Never heard back from them even though they said they will inspect the part once they received it and will email us back. So we emailed them some time later to let them know the part was delivered to them and asked about the refund. Never heard back from them. I called and placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago. The man was nice but it was the most frustrating conversation I have ever had. I repeated my order MULTIPLE times and my name multiple times and mailing address and card number multiple times and he still got it wrong each time. In april 2021 I purchased a rack and pinion for my wife's 2001 buick regal and I had my mechanic install it, because I didn't want a generic part and wanted a "good' quality one. So I thought. After paying ~$400 for installation and alignment I thought everything was good. Then, I noticed that it was hard to steer, so i took it to my mechanic again and he said that it was leaking from the steering gear shaft seal.
