This is the third time we have purchased flooring from Roger Hamilton at Direct Flooring. Each and every time it has been a pleasure to do business with him. We are extremely satisfied with Direct Flooring and appreciate Roger's business acumen. He was able to match hardwood flooring we had installed 5 years earlier so that we got consistent flooring throughout our home. The original flooring dealership went out of business, the second company we contacted was unsuccessful in even getting a sample, but Roger successfully located matching flooring from across country, ordered it, and installed it quickly.
I had some issues with my flooring I got from them 3 years ago but, when I called to ask about my current project . New Manager Roger was there and took the time to really work with me , and help me and answer all my questions, I was put in contact with shaw for the vinyl for what I needed for our situation they recommended a vinyl we bought it and Unfortunately was completely wrong everything about it.
