Well, I have to say the service here is friendly and non pressured...that's the good stuff. But if you have a legitimate complaint about a carpet that was installed not at all representing the sample, good luck. The sample and the actual carpet installed made it off to Shaw industries to do an in house …
VERY Shady company... called t... VERY Shady company... called to do work and he hung up after I told him what i wanted. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Poor customer service. Doesn't make sense to treat a paying customer badly in this economy. Will take my business to another company who at least tries to care.
