Easy recommendation to give. I recently had them do the flooring in three rooms. I'm gearing up to have them come back and do the last room and the stairs. I worked with Scott who gave solid advice. He came to do the measurement on time and followed up the same day. The guys who did the installation were professional and on point.

Scott was knowledgeable, attentive, and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile based on Scott’s attention to detail. Edit... unfortunately, we bought and paid for tile for our project and a few days later received a call from the store that there was a mix up with the price I paid and the price the tile should have sold for. I cannot tell you enough about my experience with Dolphin and most importantly our sales rep Scott. What a pleasure to work with him. This is our second purchase from Dolphin over the years and each time the process was smooth and pleasurable. This time Scott helped me pick out a great carpet that fit our needs for our theater room. Worked with Scott at the Davie store. He was helpful in deciding between laminate and LVP for my condo. When my association was slow in responding to my questions regarding sound underpayment requirements he contacted them as well to assist in making sure my approval was processed timely. As well he consulted with coworkers and found a more cost effective product that also has a higher rating. Scott was always timely in his response to my inquiries whether by email text or phone. Overall he was a pleasure to deal with.
