I called four companies and three were a no sho. Karen was at my house at the end of the day. Needless to say , she was ready to install within 24 hours. I needed 48 hours, she made it happen.
I have rental properties and I am always in need of quality work and quick turn around. Karen never disappoints. I love the carpet and the installers were so kind.

Aura was very helpful with both orders that I placed. We had to reschedule the installs and she was able to accommodate us perfectly. The install went fine and the guys were in & out quick and left our place clean. We’re doing some remodeling now & will definitely call u guys when we’re ready for the next couple of rooms…thanx
