I've had amazing results. I have been suffering from neck and lower back pain from prolonged periods of sitting in front of the computer at work. Typical issues for most adults these days. Regular doctor visits only produced temporary results. Dr. Cherner has been helping me address the root problem by working we me on my posture, special exercise routine that has significantly reduced the pain and number of visits to get adjustments. I prefer a doctor that cares about their patients more then about booking their next appointment or prescribing painkillers. Thank you Dr. Cherner. more »

Dr. Cherner worked with my 3rd grader to strengthen not only the place that was hurting (her ankle) but her entire core to address the root cause and prevent future injury for my active daughter. I can't thank her enough! My kid was in tears from the pain, we saw all kinds of doctors, and she was even in a boot for a while - none of that helped until Dr. Cherner took a holistic view and devised a 1:1 exercise regimen! Call her! more »

After knee surgery and 3 months of traditional "big store" physical therapy, I was still not able to get back to my martial arts training because of pain, flexibility, and weakness. I was recommended to Dr. Cherner at Smart Spine and Rehab, and I couldn't be happier. We found that I had hip mobility issues and core/abdominal/trunk instability issues that were contributing to my knee issues and were not allowing me to use my knee properly, thereby not allowing it to really heal post surgery. With some creative exercises, I was able to get back to my activity. I especially appreciate that they worked around my crazy work schedule, even making house calls and meeting at my gym for a couple therapy sessions. I can't recommend her enough; you won't know what you're missing until you try it! more »

Dr. Cherner is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about her. She listens and takes your lifestyle into account for treatment and future preventative measures. Not only is she a great chiropractor, but also a great physical therapist. I enjoy every visit I have with her. Her belief in treating, prevention and strengthening to optimize performance is right on. Highly recommend! more »

I had pretty much lost faith in all chiropractors. Never really felt improvement, my adjustments were gone by the time I got to my car (on a good day). And really I got tired of hearing that I had a chronic condition that would never get better, so I would have to come in regularly for the rest of my life, etc., which I probably would if only those adjustments helped. Dr. Cherner, however, works relentlessly to find a unique combination of exercises for each patient and their specific condition. She believes in educating her patients on how to take care of themselves at home. She is RIC trained and follows their philosophy of care. And need I mention the pep talks, constant encouragement, and follow up? She genuinely cares about her patients. Definitely, definitely recommend!!! more »

Why would I leave myself a review? Because I care about my practice and I believe I offer the best care for patients with musculoskeletal, spine, joint, radiculopathy, neuropathy, and general physical medicine concerns. I am leaving myself a review so that I can promote my practice and meet more people looking for someone who truly wants to help.
Why should you trust your health to me:
1) My goal is to teach you how to take care of yourself. I don't have you sign up for long term treatment plans, pay up front for care, or charge unreasonable fees.
and
2) Most conditions can be treated with active care. You can learn specific motion pattern changes (exercises) to spare unstable structures/joints/tissues to allow them to heal, while mobilizing the parts of your body and thereby stop the underlying cause of the issues.
It's that simple. Your first consultation is FREE. My wellness program helps you prevent aches and pains and offers FREE massages. You will truly:
RELIEVE. PREVENT. PERFORM.
Call me or schedule online. THANK YOU.
