The office staff is very professional, genuine, and friendly. I rarely have to wait once I check-in. Dr. Zerbe always checks in, even if I am in just for a cleaning. I feel confident that the advise and the treatment(s) I receive are necessary and effective. They are very accommodating when I have had to change appointments or if I ask to be put on a cancellation list when appointment times are not available in a certain timeframe.
I broke a tooth, and usually the process to get a crown is a many week process with impressions and temporary fittings. in less than two hours, I had a custom crown created, fitted, and permanently fixed... wow...
I'm 62, and this is the absolute best dental care I've ever experienced (over the last 11 years). Oh, and also: Dental Hygienist Heather merits a particular shout out.
Dr. Zerbe runs an exceptionally skilled, high-tech, smooth practice. He is kind, approachable and knowledgeable. His staff is wonderful, especially his hygenist Cara, and his assistant, Liz. I've lived in Massachusetts, York York and the London suburbs and have had top-notch dental care everywhere I've lived, but Dr. Zerbe's practice is the absolute best.
Great experience. Personable and professional. Gave me all the information I needed. Painless.
