I worked with Fawn at Dugan’s picking materials for 3 bathrooms. When the work was bid Dugan got the work. Each space turned out fantastic. Fawn kept us on track helping pick the tile, accent tiles, grout colors and shower bases. The installer, Mark was very good and made it all work out. We had a very good experience from start to finish
Mackenzie was easy to work with & very helpful picking out the design for our bathroom remodel. Chris did a fantastic job doing the work. We will recommend Dugans!
We took a sample of railing from The Encore Sky Bar to be matched. We are installing 9 Phantom Screens in the Sky Bar and had to move the railings in. Touch up is needed on the railings. Duncan matched it perfectly 🥰😎 Duncan folk have the best knowledge, the best service, the nicest people. Duncan is my new favorite paint store. Thank you for being awesome!
We purchased carpeting 18 months ago. It was a light color and a challenge to keep traffic areas clean. We considered replacing with flooring, but with Fawn’s suggestion to have it professionally cleaned first we did that. It looks new! And the cleaners from Clearwater did an excellent job and gave us a few tips as well. Thanks for the great service always with all our flooring needs.
We decided to replace our backsplash in our kitchen. I walked into the Osage Beach store and Fawn immediately greeted me. She then took me back into the sample area and took her time to show me quite a few different samples that would be a good match with our countertop.
