Easy to use
Pros: The documentation is extensive and easy to follow
Cons: When choosing a custom directory for storage, It would be nice to be able to download the package from the Wordpress Control Panel.

Great Web Management Product
Pros: Make migrating, backing up and managing web sites a breeze.
Cons: A few issues of using out of date PHP versions and applications but not related to the product and can be worked around.
Overall: Great piece of kit and I must have for developers and hosts.

Powerful WordPress Migration Tool for Professionals
Pros: Duplicator Pro is the only tool that allows you to migrate from a multi-site to a single WordPress site. It's comforting to know that any kind of migration possible can be accomplished with the tool.
Cons: It might be a bit technical for some people but if you use the default options, it's a breeze.
Overall: Duplicator Pro is the only tool that allows you to migrate from a multi-site to a single WordPress site.

Our Trusted Backup Plugin
Pros: I've used it a long time and I'm 100% confident about the backups it takes.
Cons: Nothing, it's a great plugin that does exactly what it says it will.
Overall: I've used Duplicator Pro for a number of years and across many sites and it's never let me down.

It's just the simplest way to clone or backup a Wordpress site.
Pros: 1. Being able to create backups directly to Dropbox on a schedule
2. Choose how many revisions I want to keep (In a very obvious manner).
3. Be able to set up omitting files
4. I can easily package client sites with a simple list of directions that they can file to move the site to the host of their choice.
Cons: 1. Getting your settings just right on shared servers can be a bit finicky, as some shared hosts will throttle the process
2. Figuring out the templates.

Excellent Wordpress Backup and Migration Software
Pros: The software made it simple to duplicate our Wordpress sites and to make backups. When we first received it, had a few questions and their support team was quick to help. It is also able to handle Wordpress Multisite, but you need the Pro version to do so.
Cons: Even though it is easy to use, it may be a little intimidating to someone who is not very technical, but support is there to help.
Overall: Very happy with our Pro purchase and how it has performed to date.

The Quickest and Easiest Way To Clone and Transfer a Site
Pros: The simplicity and speed in backing up client sites and copying sites to different hosting providers.
Cons: There are cases where it has taken a couple of tries to successfully copy a site to another provider, however, in most of the cases, it was due to server timeouts and not the plugin.
Overall: We create test sites on our server and then upload them to other hosting providers or accounts within our hosting environment. Duplicator Pro makes it a breeze, and when time is money, that's a significant resource for our company.

Pros: Ease of migration, setting up new environments quickly, and overall error free.
Cons: Sometimes you need to tweak setting depending on the server, but expected

Makes Migration a breeze
Pros: Duplicator Pro is unlike other migration plugins in that it creates an installer to run on the server. You don't need an existing Wordpress installation to start. Create a database, navigate to the installer script, add a few details and that's it - your site is now online at its new domain.
Cons: I never had any issues. Occasionally the Pro version had difficuulty syncing up to CPanel but this probably had more to do with the firewall/sever setup.
Overall: I estimate I have used the site to migrate about 20 sites. In time save it would easily have paid for itself ten times over.
