I highly recommend this company! Their salespeople are very informative, friendly. The showroom has so much product to choose from. Showroom is well organized by flooring and carpet.They were prompt to install flooring. The installers were on time and worked hard to complete the job. No mess was left! Best experience and so pleased with my flooring!
2nd time purchasing flooring from Marcos at Dura Flooring. As always a pleasant transaction. Great product at a phenomenal price!!!! You won't get this top grade service from a large home improvement chain retail store. Before you buy any type of flooring, make sure to give Marco a call.
My new laminate floors look great! The workers came and completed the job ahead of schedule and left my home in an impeccable manner. Marcos was in charge of my flooring project and he always answered his phone and equally as important he was able to answer all my questions in a very polite and professional manner. Great Customer Service & Very Friendly. Everyone we met was very nice. Marcos came out to take measurements and was very helpful, bringing out samples and then coming back with more when we couldn't decide. I felt like he was good about keeping the carpet within our budget and that it was a good quality product. After the carpet was installed they bound the remaining pieces and brought those to us. Great customer service. And everyone we met was very nice. I would highly recommend them!
