I'm entering my 4th week and I love it. Saves me a ton of time and the portion size is perfect. On days I feel a little bit more hungry, I eat a snack. The food is delicious. I ordered the work week with breakfast. It's perfect! Highly recommend this program.

This meal service is so practical for my family. It's healthy, fresh and delicious food delivered to my door and saves me at least 2 days of cooking. My family loves it and I have more time for them. I like to eat! Which is why I weigh as much as I do. The portion sizes are small for someone starting off on the healthy track so if you’re expecting to be stuffed full then please reconsider. I ordered 5 lunches, five dinners, and 10 cold pressed juices . The salads were interesting. Some unusual ingredients, like jack fruit, was a surprise but they made it work. To me, the meat in all of my meals were under seasoned but the sides they had with them were seasoned well. I would recommend this meal prep to people that have established their portion sizes and don’t deviate from them. To a beginner like me, it was hard not to be hungry after eating both lunch and dinner. The juices, however, were amazing. All of them are spectacular.

We ordered meals to help us lose weight and stay on track. I was nervous being a bariatric patient and there are some things I’m not able to eat. But they will work with you on what you can/cannot eat, preferences, etc. There was a small miscommunication on when/where to pick-up but now we know. We have had 1 of the meals it was BBQ salmon with rice and squash. OMG it was delicious! We still have several meals for the week and they all look delicious. We will be ordering again next week. Also like that I am supporting a local business.
