I'm in my first week with this meal prep company and have not been disappointed! What a nice variety of salads and they are so fresh. I truly feel that I am getting all the nutrients I need in a day in just one salad. Very nice mix of greens, protein, and fruit, with no salt. Perfect!
I'm not much of a beef or chicken person, but the way you condiment the food and the dressings are delicious. I could do a lot more ground turkey and fish and even go vegetarian, but I still think everything is tasty! Those almonds are to die for!!!
