Run as fast as you can from this apartment complex. I thought it was a good experience until it came to moving out. They have made it HELL for me. I personally went into the office to inform them of my move out. I asked alllllllll the questions and opened up to them about how I’m a single mom and I’m trying to do it all the right way and wanted to make sure I got all my ducks in a row. I had the opportunity to get a walk through with the assistant manager Lourdes and when I tell you she was patient and reassuring which a lot of places are not because they think apartments sell themselves she did not disappoint. ***Updated my review from 2years ago, this complex and management is trash. Can’t wait for my lease to end in the next few months! All they do best is grabbing the money, they do not update or fix anything (treadmills have been broken for 4 years, the hot tub was broken so they fixed it by filling it with concrete, hammocks and lounge chairs tore and they just removed them instead of replacing. I would like to preface by saying the first year of living at this place was for the most part pleasant. No real issues. So we renewed our lease for another year. HUGE mistake. I have no idea what is going on with this complex than in less than a year management has changed three times and it seems like with every change the amount of problems started adding up.
