This was our first time using Econopark Express. Being picked up at our car and having someone else help us with our bags made our departure less stressful than parking at log term parking where we have to drag our bags to a central location. The driver was courteous and professional. The bottle of water was a nice touch, and reminded us to hydrate before we traveled.

After traveling all day by plane to get home, it was a great to have a bus waiting with a driver who grabbed our bags and delivered us to our car. It was the middle of the night, and he waited until we started our car before he drove off. Econopark Express was a great way to start and end our vacation. It took the pressure off and gave us piece of mind.
