We had a great experience at Edgemont Floors, specifically with Ali. We were very specific in terms of the type of floor we wanted and where we would like it manufactured and Ali was very patient and thorough in showing us all the options. He even let us take large samples of multiple options so we could visualize it in our home. Once the floors were ordered, Ali was also incredibly helpful in getting them to us on time. This company is an embarrassment. The "painters" left bare patches on my ceiling where the original paint shows through, and there is sticky epoxy glue residue remaining on my floors from the "wrong tape" they used (in the words of the project manager, Shifteh Neyahban, who shrugged when I pointed it out).
We were at the first experience in BC with home renovation and we have been lucky to find Ali and his team to take care about our needs. With professionalism and kind approach they have suggested us the best way forward within our budget and time constraints. Everything went according to what agreed and any unforeseen issue has been clearly explained and solved. We definitely recommend Edgemont Floors especially to those like us that needs a bit of guidance in the real estate renovation.
