This is a great place for Summer NYC Interns to live! The location is amazing, and the prices will reflect that. Marymount is close to some of the best restaurants, Central Park, Times Square, and much more! One of the reasons why I choose Marymount out of all of EHS' options is that it was a 15 minute walk from where I worked for the summer. I stayed in the Marymount E 55th St location. The location was amazing. It was steps away from the E, M, and 6. The apartment was very spacious, although the air conditioning could’ve been better. Overall it was a good experience.

My view was incredible from my room on the 12th floor. The whole staff was incredibly nice, from the security guards, the janitors and the EHS office staff. I almost gave this review a 4, but I remembered during my last week at Marymount, our toilet kept dysfunctioning. Everytime it messed up we emailed them, and they were extremely responsive and came ASAP to fix the problem. That is why I gave them a 5. Yes the oven could be a bit hotter so it doesn't take 30 minutes to boil water, but you're in New York! Grab a hero or so... read more

I enjoyed my stay at EHS because there was an easy move-in and move-out process. I also was impressed by the happy nature of the RA and the security staff at the front desk everyday.

The building is located in a great area with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. But very quiet and safe at night, especially with security working 24/7. The living space was very large and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Highly recommend this place for any student.

From top to bottom, I would say that my stay at EHS's Marymount Manhattan location was quite pleasant. Minus the cockroach -- not your fault in the slightest; 'tis the fault of the lovely city itself -- I had no mishaps. If I were to quibble about anything, it may be the availability of RA's, as well as the mailroom. There were quite a few times that packages I received were rather important to pick up, but I was unable to do so since the mailroom opened so late and closed so early. The Marymount building was a perfect location for my summer internship. It is situated right in the heart of Midtown and is close to everything you need. The rooms are clean and just what you need for the summer. The 24/7 security was friendly and always made you feel safe living there.
