Was exactly as advertised...had a bed, AC, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen (no oven) and only one roommate in my specific bedroom.

I had a great time living at the Marymount Manhattan Residence this summer. I felt secure with the security desk and it was in a prime location! My unit came with a kitchen which was incredibly helpful this summer! The elevators are also very fast. Great place! Would recommend to a friend!

Marymount Manhattan residence was clean. Quick response to any issues in our apt. The only issue was that the gym was a bit hot and no one fixed it!

The Marymount building was great value for being just a few minutes walk away from my internship at 30 Rockefeller Center with NBC. Rooms were spacious and well furnished with access to gym and other facilities.

EHS is a great summer housing option if you're looking for an apartment that is conveniently located and pretty close to everything. Rooms were decently spacious, and the kitchen and fridge unit was a plus!
