3rd time wasn’t a charm Dirty rooms, broken ac, maid service not complete, all for $200+ per night. The El Dorado use to be THE place to stay and I’ve stayed there many, many times. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I’ll be looking for a new place to stay when traveling to Reno. Very disappointed.
Not up to standard
Terrible experience checking in. Front desk agent was rude.
Nasty--filthy...poorly run!!! Room was small with dirty sink and tub, shower was a trickle, rest.s always at least a two hour wait and no reservations accepted. Resort fee for what? Most items/places were closed or dirty or always slow...stay away from the slots...everywhere smelled of smoke and old feet, hotel staff/ desk clerks rude, crude, impatient and arrogant...DO NOT WASTE MONEY!!!!!!!
Cleanness was an issue. Hairs were everywhere - in the bathroom, on the pillows, etc. Linen has some black spots/patches. Overall, everything looks dated.
A Joke! booked this for daughter, room was never cleaned, charged a fee, one night 300+ without asking daughters permission, the room was never cleaned. Terrible food, nasty-ass clerks
waste of money this 'resort' charged a fee when most of the resort accessories were closed....smelled like bad feet, clerks rude....don't waste time or money
Rooms were sub standard. Sink, shower did not drain properly. Standing water forever. Housekeeping should realize when cleaning sink barely drains. Very disgusting in my opinion.
