Pleasantly Surprised :) I’ve been looking into getting my medical card for quite some time now. I deal with quite a lot of back pain and restless nights due to that, anxiety, & the nature of my work, so getting out of the house is not always on my list. First and foremost, their website is crafted beautifully for mobile and desktop/laptop configurations! The instructions listed above, though a little confusing at first, became much clearer once I entered the website and watched their video on telemedicine. After completing my booking (I had my appointment on the same day of my booking), I spoke with Dr. Jones via a video call. She was immensely helpful, had a really warm and welcoming voice, and listened intently as I told her my ordeal. She gave me my recommendation, I followed the next steps given to me, and voila! I submitted my application to OMMA today and it was easily the most painless experience I’ve had. I didn’t even have to leave my house! 10/10 will recommend in the future. Thanks, guys! - Aidan.
