I just needed to take some time to write a glorious letter about your wonderful employee, Paula. I believed we closed on March the 22nd but we of coarse met Paula much earlier looking for houses. My original plan was to live in Granbury and somehow that's where all this truly began. We had several phone conversations before we met and I could already tell the compassion and drive she had to make us happy. Very Patient!!!! Not only were we working, living in another state, figuring out life, this wonderful person never faltered. Finally we ended up all over the map to find a home and we decided to choose a home in Lipan. But every time we were in town she had coordinated appts to look at homes and it was always easy. We got to share fellowship and lunches together and started bonding immediately. With my husband and myself being in the airline business, we were stressing over the top. Not to mention hauling my mother around who suffers from Alzheimer's while looking at homes. But again Paula was a sweet heart to my mother. Finding out as well that Paula's. Mother had Alzheimer's and she had very good advice for me. So needless to say this was more than just one of your sales team.
Then she did the ultimate. My husband wanted to get married the day we closed March the 22nd in our house before closing. I was already in town days before and she found a minister, flowers, cakes, and punch like 1 day before we married. She drove all day with me to accomplish all of this for us. And it was Beautiful!!! She was at our little wedding as if her title at the moment was a wedding planner. She took care of everything.
Now my whole thought on this was she never got frustrated with us and was there at my beckon call anytime of the day. Only to learn that the sale of our house was a split commission for her. Never once did she make us feel like she only cared about commission. You truly have a saint for an employee. She wears many different hats to accomplish to make all of buying a house, a smooth process.
And one more thing I got really ill last Saturday and ended up in the ER in Weatherford for almost 6 hours. She too was under the weather after returning home from TN. And my husband was flying so I had no one there. Well Ms. Paula and I were trying to have dinner together Saturday but I texted her that wasn't gonna happen and I was at the hospital. Yep you guessed it, she offered to come and sit with me even though she didn't feel that well. That time she wore her nurses hat. I told her I would be fine and when I got home we touched base as we always do.
I just don't know what to say, except that girl deserves Special Thanks from all involved in your Company. And just so you know I probably left lots of other wonderful things out she did for us. She even helped us with advice on a house we still have to sell in St Louis.
Plane n Simple........She is a Jewel!!!!!
