We are so pleased with the service we received from Jeff and his installation crew at Elite Floors. Jeff offered his knowledge and expertise in helping us choose the appropriate carpet for our rec room and basement steps, within our budget. The installer worked tirelessly and quickly to remove the old “glued-down” carpet, and did a beautiful job of laying the new one, replacing all the baseboards, and cleaning up when the job was finished. I called them for advice on our hardwood floor. The work was done in 2 days . Excellent workmanship!! With proper and regular maintenance ,our floors still looks as good now as it did 8 years ago . 2 1/4" strips , staggered randomly with no matching joints anywhere on the whole living room, dining room and hallway adjoining 3 bedrooms and main bathroom as per request. Loved it then and love it now . Thank you for the excellent service !!!
Excellent Installation and Service: I have used Elite Floors approximately 20 years ago and couldn't be happier with the longevity of the product I purchased and installation. So I decided to use them again, and once again they did not disappoint! Jeff was so knowledgeable and such a professional. Installation was as scheduled and done with expertise and care. Would not hesitate to recommend!
Wow. Possibly the worst customer service I have had. Right from the first interaction I felt like I was an annoyance for being there. Very argumentative. Telling me I won’t find what I want anywhere, meanwhile I have but I decided to shop around to see if they carried the same brand. I didn’t even stay long enough to ask.
I went here this morning to inquire about a piece of tile I need for my bathroom. They were very friendly and so accomodating even I would only need couple of small tiles to replace my broken tile. It turned out they have 3 pcs left of the exact size that I need. For 67 cents each, I was about to pay and the person assisting me just gave it away (I think he is the owner). That's so generous of him. I know where to go now for my renovation needs.
