Check in time was 2pm, but room not ready until 5pm. (we weren’t the only ones waiting) Dirty microwave, leftover food, dirty coffee pot with old filter and coffee grounds, hairy bathroom, dirty silverware, refrigerator not cooling correctly. Room over looking Coyote Ugly parking lot which is open until 4am. Music and DJ so loud you can understand the words and hear what he’s saying all night. Gym closed because no cleaning products, no room cleaning, no fresh towels, but still charge same for room, unacceptable!

Unfortunately, we did have to close the gym for a brief period to get more cleaning supplies for sanitation of the equipment. It was reopened for guest use within an hour, but we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. So if you cancel 60 days before your reservation, because a festival you were attending was cancelled, this incredibly non-customer centric company will still keep $100. Absolutely outrageous, and complete thievery. I will never stay here again, and I will make sure anyone I know, knows how shady these people are.

I am NOT impressed with this place, we have a penthouse two bedroom and for what we paid for this place it’s ridiculous the service they are giving. The elevators have been broken for half the stay and people have to wait forever, they opened up their private parking spaces for the guests to the public on certain nights for fireworks making it impossible for guests that have PAID for the parking to even get parking spots on those nights and we found a cockroach in our room the day we arrived! The property is beautiful, however it is most unfortunate that the staff lacks any remnant of customer service skills nor do they possess any sense of ownership. This is the second time we have stayed here in rented two units to bring friends along. During both stays we have experienced the same lack of service. No where am I able to find anyone willing to attempt to provide any form of customer service from something as simple as finding a blanket to some thing as complex as water flooding the floor in the unit.

This is literally the worst establishment on the harbor walk. I spent over $4,000 for a family trip just to be racially profiled and told my room isn't ready even though I pre checked in at 11 AM and was told my room would ready at 4:00 PM. Here it is 4:56 PM and they are telling me that my room won't be ready until after 6:00 PM and that I need to leave the lobby area until then, mind you the WHITE family in front of me just booked in person and was able to go to their room. Rude, Racist & Disrespectful! I can’t believe the experience my family just encountered FOR MY BIRTHDAY after spending over $3k on reservations these people took our money don’t have any rooms available we’ve been here waiting over 6 hours for a room to be ready yet people (that aren’t black) complain and get their rooms immediately. When I complained nothing was done and then they threatened to call security. Because you’re unorganized? This year’s visit to Emerald Grande was a disappointment to our family of 14. We visited last year and fell in love with the property. We own a Wyndham timeshare, and were so excited to book our room for 2020 that we booked as soon as we left in 2019. Two weeks before our visit this year, Wyndham called to inform us that our reservation would be cancelled due to capacity because of Covid. We were disappointed.
