Great spa, but that's where it ends. Currently staying at the hotel, checking out today, and leaving VERY disappointed. The room was horrible: missing and damaged blinds, stained carpets, snowy TV, scuffed walls, and vents full of dust. Unacceptable for $300 a night. Brought these issues to the attention of the assistant manager Whitney and was told that I should've moved from room to room until I found one I liked. This will probably be my last visit.
I Would Love to travel to Florida's Emerald Coast

We are still there til Sunday and have major complaints with the room! We found roaches in the room and the management has not reached out with a solution to switch our room. Wyndham refuses to intervene until checkout. So we are stuck in a Penthouse unit with roaches until Sunday because we have nowhere else to go. This is ruining our vacation. RecommendedMy husband I stayed at Emerald Grande this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The staff is always amazingly accommodating and very kind. The location is also a plus as it is convenient to many options for the whole family. We have stayed at a Emerald Grande several times in the past and have never been disappointed!

The emerald grand is such a corrupted company. They fired my husband because he started figuring out the true stuff that lies there and bringing it to attention. Greg featherston. He likes to hire phedophiles and murderers. A security guard that worked there with the name Jacob price, had been arrested for the murder of both of his parents and their 2 family pets. With also being kicked out of the marines for going awol and being accused of touching a 16 year old girl. What kind of person would hire a low life like that. Let... read more
it is way overpriced for what I (don't) get. I should have stayed at the Hilton.
We've stayed here 7 summers in a row, I have to say they used to have top notch rooms, our last couple of trips the rooms are run down and dirty. At this point it is way overpriced for what you get. Sorry to say this is probably our last trip to Emerald Grande.

Restrict the hours of loud music from neighboring venues, and have staff that does not threaten to kick you out of a hotel when call down to complain. We also had a 10 minute survey from Wyndham and the guy was in our room for over an hour trying to get my family downstairs to spend $25,000 The hotel is clean and OK. My family booked and paid extra for a beach view room but were put on the street side.
