I took my puppy here for an emergency, she was well taken of and I was updated consistently. It is a little pricey but I felt it was worth it, and the pricing was clear and upfront. I knew what treatment was happening and the purpose of it. The staff was friendly and all of my questions were answered. I am grateful to the staff for taking such great care of my little Diamond.

My husband and I had such a great experience here! The doctors and nurses took such great care of our fur baby Diesel and were so awesome with giving regular updates letting us know how he was doing during his stay there. They also made sure to let us know he was getting lots of love over there which made us so happy!

We had a wonderful experience with this hospital. Our dog went in with a severe emergency and they handled him with care, compassion, and professionalism. The consistent communication from the staff via text and calls has been the best I have experienced with any vet. Dr. Colon and Dr. Díaz were both helpful and understanding. I’d like to give special recognition to Dr. Tower- her expertise, communication, and care were phenomenal. She is a great clinician and her passion for animal care truly shined.

We received great care and communication from the staff. Our vet technician, Arthur, was extremely helpful, gave us frequent updates on our cat, and was very loving and kind towards our pet and us. We really appreciated the open communication and the accommodations they made to give us the best experience possible during a difficult circumstance.
