Dr. Nappo really listened to me and answer all my questions. He shares with me my treatment options and helped me make a decision. He truly showed compassion and concern. This was my first visit and I’m thankful for his team. Everyone involved in my car from check in to check was very friendly and nice.
Dr Popa listened to my feedback (in this case PT to help reduce pain in right knee). PT helped, but more progress to make to help the right knee. Going down the conservative path to potential knee replacement. I appreciate taking all the potential options before knee replacement surgery.
Dr. Hannibal did an amazing job. Our son had a herniated disc at L5-S1 which was compressing on his sciatic nerve causing stabbing pain down his leg constantly for over a year. When he woke from surgery, the pain was totally gone. Our son is so happy! He sees things so differently now without always being in that pain. Thank you so much, Dr. Hannibal. We appreciate you and your awesome staff!
I made an appointment with Dr Popa, I had surgery in 2022 with a Dr in Clayton, I was not satisfied with the results. Dr Popa had replaced my mother’s hip, he was the most genuinely caring man, and took excellent care of her. When I saw Dr Popa, he listened to what my concerns were, ordered xrays and an MRI. Dr Nappo and his staff got right to work and found my problem fast.
Dr. Popa was caring and compassionate but honest. He has a sense of humor and listens to me.
The lobby is never more than a 5 to 10 minutes wait, then called back to exam room. Dr Lord promptly arrives to see you, he is friendly and puts me at ease. He is very knowledgeable, and always treats me with respect. He is not at all above helping to take off my shoes, or to help me put them back on. He has helped my foot pain every time I need to see him. I highly recommend him.
He did a great job fixing the break. His follow-up was through and he showed me what to do and had me do to make sure I understood. Good bedside manner.
